Kit for the elimination of female genital mutilation among the immigrant community for use in the European Community: an EU Daphne Project Initiative
This kit is targeted at the immigrants in the European Union and aims to adopt a flexible and systems approach through information, education and communication strategy. It adopts a systems approach to FGM by having several sessions on each module to cover a wide range of disciplines associated with the practice. The kit is divided into 3 modules ( for Community leaders, Communicators, Religious leaders) and 7 sessions, presented in steps to enable the user follow a logical sequence.
